Job Description:
  • Respond to client inquiries via Emails.
  • Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries.
  • Must have excellent English and typing skills. Knowledge of French and German language would be an advantage.
  • Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation to suit the UK Marketplace
  • Experience not required; however, preference will be given to who have prior experience in email and chat communication with international clients.
  • A full hand on training will be provided to the selected candidate 
  • Ability to learn and adapt new software technologies
  • Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude

Required Skills:

  •  Competency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
  •  Good Communication Skill
  •  Ability to follow clear instructions.
  •  Ability to work in a team setting, as well as individually.
  •  Ability while working to improve mistakes.
  •  Experience in customer service; any specific experience engaging with customers on a daily basis is definitely a plus.
