Job Description: |
- Respond to client inquiries via Emails.
- Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries.
- Must have excellent English and typing skills. Knowledge of French and German language would be an advantage.
- Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation to suit the UK Marketplace
- Experience not required; however, preference will be given to who have prior experience in email and chat communication with international clients.
- A full hand on training will be provided to the selected candidate
- Ability to learn and adapt new software technologies
- Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude
Required Skills:
- Competency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
- Good Communication Skill
- Ability to follow clear instructions.
- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as individually.
- Ability while working to improve mistakes.
- Experience in customer service; any specific experience engaging with customers on a daily basis is definitely a plus.
