Job Description: |
- Answering calls of clients/customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
- Work closely with other team members based on trust and reliability
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills along with professional phone voice
- Better understanding of company products and services
- Must be able to handle computer proficiently along with strong typing skills.
- Good time management skills between calls so that every caller could be addressed without exceptional waiting time
- Must be fluent in Urdu and English Language
