| Job Description: |
Recruitment:
- Compile Job Descriptions and Advertise vacant Positions online.
- Conduct telephonic Interviews for Basic Screening and Shortlisting.
- Schedule shortlisted Candidates for Interview with HR and Line Management.
- Manage Complete Recruitment Process from Job Advertisement to Employee Onboarding.
HR Operations:
- Compile and Maintain New Joiner Employee Files with Required Documents for HR Record.
- Prepare Experience Letters, Bank Letters, and Salary Certificate as per Employee need.
- Prepare monthly Employee Attendance Record for review at time of Salary disbursement.
- Co-ordinate with Health Insurance Company for Employee Hospitalization and Medical Claims processing.
Training & Developement:
- Conduct Employee Traiing Needs Analysis.
- Develop Training plan for Head Office Employees.
- Deliver Training Presentations to Head Office Employees.
- Arrange Employee Engagement Activities.
The Employee will be expected Learn and Grow in this role while supporting day to day HR Operations with the current HR Team.
