Job Description: |
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our clients. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems and provide timely support.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and ensure required information is provided in a proper manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Understanding queries to quickly respond to root of the problem
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email until a solution is achieved
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Refer to internal database to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands on experience in MySQL Database
