• This job role includes discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities are:

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Oversee all phone queries (via Calls, WhatsApp, emails), respond to all customer queries, requirements and correspondence.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales and continually meet or exceed sales target.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Process online sales orders for customers.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service to the Customers.
• Prepare sales report.
• Others Ad Hoc Tasks as Assigned by the Superior and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

The ideal candidate must be having:

• Must have experience in selling online apparel product.
• Must possess flawless telephone manners, excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing and potential customers.
• Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
