- Create contents, including Product text posts, video, and images for use on social media
- Promote products, services and contents over social media on a daily basis
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
- Keeping track of data and analyzing if performance of social media campaigns,
- Maintain online relations with customers, communicate with followers respond to inquiries in a timely manner and monitor customers reviews,
- Oversee social media accounts and monitor, SEO and web traffic metrics
REQUIREMENT:
- Proven work experience on social media management,
- Hands-on experience in contents management,
- Ability of delivering creative contents (text, images, Videos)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Minimum Graduate with Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
