Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the entire process of preparing important reports and earnings statements by gathering and documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory International compliance.
- Standardize the reporting process while also working to improve and streamline it. Prepare and review all quarterly statements and filings.
- Knowledgeable inefficient financial reporting procedures, International laws and regulations, and policies, ensure that the entire company is compliant and if any non-compliance issues surface then assesses and resolves these issues.
- Following all up-to-date policies and procedures, responsible for working with the accounting department to resolve any reporting errors or discrepancies.
- Communicate all financial laws and regulations, updating as needed, so that they can avoid occurrences of non-compliance.
- A person will be responsible for managing the financial reporting process within the company.
- Coordinate with the accounting department in order to assure effective financial reporting with all International financial regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly written, developing reports, able to manage many different priorities at once, meeting frequent deadlines.
- Financial reporting experience, Accounting experience, Strong understanding of SEC reporting principles, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint, Ability to manage large sets of data.
- Should have 3 - 4 years previous experience with the FMCG industry.
- ACCA, CA degree holder.
- Public accounting & Reporting experience of multi-national.
