Purpose:

• The main purpose of accounts manager is to full fill all the duties on time and put their positive and efficient energy in their team work and making their team strong in the term of efficient output.
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.

          Job Description:

• Overlooking routine finance tasks including all the payments methods.
• Financial reports preparation including but not limited to cash flow statement, AP / AR, aging report, trial balances, etc.
• Responsible to coordinate with the team and update management on different financial reports.
• Command over International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements.
• Financial and other audits.
• Responsible for management of tax liabilities & timely submission of tax reports.
• Follow up and assist in tax cases/notices.
• Other routine related duties assigned from time to time.
• Knowledge of prevalent tax laws in Pakistan.
• Apart from this, he must have in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Analytical skills for variance analysis, budget monitoring, and cost controls.
• Welcome change by keeping himself informed about the changes regarding the financial and tax regulations and legislation.
• Be able to supervise and motivate the team under his / her supervision.
• Be able to communicate relevant information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to resolve issues independently.
• Ability to meet stringent timelines.
• Must be strong grip on quick book software and income and sales tax.
• Supervision / Verification of monthly payroll system.
• Able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Ability to work within multiple time zones and diverse cultures is needed.
• Ability to guide the activities of an individual, group, or team toward a desired result or outcome.
