Job Description:

Grade Range: SVP-I to EVP-I

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for supervising and managing Branch Banking operations of the Retail Banking Group (RBG) of a respective cluster of regions with a focus on customer service excellence while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches in light of laid down policies and procedures of the bank. Improvement in control environment in the branches must reflect in independent assessments of Internal Audit, SBP inspections and other controlling offices while maintaining financial discipline in the branches. Conduct a continuous assessment of control design effectiveness and extend functional support for implementation/improvement of various processes, operational policies and SOPs to improve customer experience and operational risk management.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 12 Years of banking experience with 03 years in a similar function.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of 02 May 2021
