About you and the Role

The ideal Candidate is a motivated, well organised Individual with deep understanding of prospecting, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.    

Job Description:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Conduct Full recruitment cycle for the Sales Associate.
• Do the onboarding process.
• Conduct orientations and Train the new hires.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Accurate judgement for hiring.
• Confident in creating exceptional client satisfaction experience
• HR as an education needed
• Problem solving and Multi-tasking skills.
• Comfortable with Cold calling, phone interviews
• Willing and active at work.
• Adapting to work culture environment
• Proactively and creatively source new B2B opportunities (i.e; connecting with marketing/HR departments of surrounding businesses to offer Staffing services).

Compensation & Perks:

• The salary starts from PKR 40,000 -45000 plus incentives and bonus depending upon on performance.

Office Timings:

MONDAY to FRIDAY 06:30 PM to 03:00 AM PST

(Timings are flexible as per the requirement)
