Job Description: |
- Assisting CEO with office related tasks.
- Delivering presentations with clients on webinar.
- Performing cost accounting and cost analysis.
- Managing Social Media i.e. Facebook page.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying and communicate solutions.
- Provides administrative support to all employees, and responsible for coordination of office management activities.
- Maintain up-to date filling system and file all correspondence of CEO Office, ensure to safeguard confidential information.
- Must have excellent English communication.
