Job Description:
  •  Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
  •  Coordinating with each individual to ensure proper planning is done for each month and quarter.
  •  To ensure that each member is doing work as per their planning.
  •  Help management implements organizational objectives, strategies, policies, and tactics.
  •  Coordinating different teams to foster the exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
  •  Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement.
  •  Communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.
  •  Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  •  Identifying opportunities to expand or shift courses in order to take advantage of changes in the market.
  •  Rapidly identifying new opportunities to grow and scale quickly while delivering high-quality products.
  •  Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business.
  •  Understand the Amazon market Trend.
  •  Report to Top Management.
  •  Coordinator between the Management and the rest of the Operation team.
  •  Assign the tasks on the task management software and follow up with it.
  •  Assist in Research and Development.
  •  Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives.
  •  Offer consultation and recommendations to store managers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) on overcoming operations challenges.
  •  Coordinate with the Audit department to make sure the operations are in line with the organizational goals.
  •  Collect the individual reports and combine them into smart and specific reports for review.
  •  Create SOPs for newly defined areas.
  •  Define JD s of the newly assigned roles based on the finalized SOP’s.
  •  Identify high potentials for promotions and internal opportunities.
  •  Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy.

Requirements:

  •  Master’s degree in a field related to Operation management.
  •  At least 5 years of prior experience on Amazon, eBay, Walmart
  •  Must be a Team Player.
  •  Must have to lead a team of 8 or more employees.
  •  Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with a team.
  •  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  •  Experience with accounting.
  •  Strong organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, and processes.
  •  Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office.
