Responsibilities
- Management of existing employees.
- Payrolls
- Interaction & Compliance with Government regulatory bodies like EOBI, PESSI, Labor Dept., Health & Safety, Environment Dept. etc.,
- Advertising, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of new employees.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in HR Management preferably in a Garment Factory.
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
- Strong administrative and communication skills
