| Job Description: |
A US based medical billing company is looking to hire Medical Billing Executive for its Lahore office. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and career coordinated. Excellent remuneration package awaits for the right candidate. Prior experience of Home Health Billing & Chronic Care Billing will be a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Verify eligibility from insurance companies.
- Entering patient’s demographics into EMR.
- Creating, scrubbing and submitting electronic claims.
- Checking claim status through provider web portals.
- Handling denials and rejections independently.
- Payment posting through EOB and ERA.
- Run various reports in EMR to ensure the smooth flow of billing operations.
- Review documentation to make sure data entered in EMR is accurate.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform other day to day tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Should have adequate knowledge of medical billing domain.
- Should have good IT knowledge, especially MS Office suite.
- Should have good command over English language.
- Should have good analytical skills.
