| Job Description: |
- Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and financial statement according to the compliance of IFRS, IAS and Companies Act 2017.
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
- Review and reconciliation of Fixed asset register with the general ledgers and ensure the calculation of depreciation according to the international accounting standards.
- Maintenance of ledger on accounting system including correction of current ledgers and subsequent preparation of P/L, Balance Sheet/ Trial Balance from system.
- Support month end closing, preparation of journals, account analysis and reconciliations
- Liaison with External Auditor in order to perform Half yearly and Annual Audit.
- Preparation of Budget vs Actual and Current year Actual vs Last year Actual
- Preparation of department wise / location wise and segment wise budget vs actual on monthly / quarterly and annual basis.
- Maintenance of Chart of account of ERP and to ensure that amount reflect in correct head of account.
- Preparation and submission of monthly Federal Sales tax and Provincial Sales Tax return and maintain all records enclose in Sales tax act 1990 and Provincial Sales tax act.
- Preparation and submission of Quarterly / Annual Income Tax Return U/S 165 under IRIS according to the income tax ordinance 2001.
- Submission of Annual Income tax corporate return under Normal Tax Regime and Minimum Tax Regime.
- Reconciliation with general ledger of income tax and sales tax returns.
- Making compliance of the notices issued by the tax authorities.
