| Job Description: |
- Responsible for the daily effective management for timely completion / approval of purchase requisition raised
- Diligently responding to stakeholder's request for information ensuring a TAT of 1 day from day of request
- Reviewing each requisition in detail to understand the rationale behind the requirement
- Reviewing all the supporting documentations of the request with collaborating evidence from the system or physical (whichever is applicable and required thereof)
- Developing past trend-based data from the system creating visibility of requirements against their MOQ and requirements with weekly reporting
- Provide data on prescribed format to stakeholders weekly of PR raised and issued
- Maintain daily requisition log register and share status of requests posted / unposted with reason
- Partnering with the stake holders to communicate issues daily and request action to resolve it
- Prepare aging of open PRs and ensure old outstanding requests are resolved
- For each PR, verify for internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of documents and request for adjustments, if need be
- For each PR, check the request for correct usage of general ledger accounts and cost centers
- Provide accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; respond to financial questions/ concerns to meet business needs
- Responsible for checking each request against the available budgets for the months and year to date at plant level and ledger level to ensure that any potential over run is highlighted to the Plant Controller, Business Unit Manager and Supply Chain team
- Support the plant controlling function by timely provision of data to stakeholders for decision making
