| Job Description: |
- Monitor and work fraud specific queues
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment
- Strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to use internal and external resources (outbound calling) to obtain information for investigation
- Enters data into a database (SFDC) in order to capture and monitor loss information for further analysis.
- Ability to work on the OTRS ticketing system
- Ability to answer/receive calls for check verification.
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
