What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide timely performance reporting and analysis to multiple levels of Maple Operations leadership
- Share finance best practices across plants/corporate/function
- Anticipate, produce, deliver, and communicate actionable business and financial information
- Participate in evaluating, monitoring and insuring effective operation of internal controls and disclosure controls
- Recruits, trains, develops, rewards and recognizes personnel to achieve targeted strategies and goals
- Assists in new product launches, production and engineering improvements, product testing
- Develops strategic plans and objectives in accordance with overall Plant and Division strategy
- Works closely with peer Plant and Division personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit Operations
- Lead and facilitate monthly safety meetings and lead/assist in the resolution of safety items
- The Manufacturing Shop Operations Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives
- Interacts with Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Management groups
- Employee management in area of responsibility
- Ensure labour levels meet planned requirements
- Set and monitor department objectives for functional area
- Carry out quarterly and annual Performance reviews for direct reports
- Form a training and development plan for direct reports
- Give general and specific direction to Supervision in order to meet short term and long term goals
- Support company teaming initiative
- Prepares the manufacturing team to execute strategic company objectives
Requirements:
- 07 years of experience dealing Operations in a Manufacturing Sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Management or related field
- Monitor the cost and effectiveness of daily production activities
- Experience of handling Departmental disputes
- Willing to Relocate to Bhakkar, Punjab
