We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing online selling platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, online stores, and Shopify. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and optimize the online selling process to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must work from our Office located in Lahore, in US Eastern Time Zone
• Must be Reliable, honest, dependable and team player.
• Set up and manage online selling platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, online stores, and Shopify
• Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility, attract customers, and drive conversions
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and available for online sales
• Coordinate shipping and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues
• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align e-commerce efforts with overall business objectives

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or online selling platforms
• Proven track record of successfully managing online sales and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Etsy, online stores, and Shopify platforms
• Proficient in online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple online selling platforms simultaneously
• Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes
