As the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand building and engagement through various digital advertising channels. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and develop your career in digital marketing within the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

Digital ad campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.

Target audience analysis: Conduct research to understand the target audience's demographics, preferences, and online behavior. Utilize this knowledge to refine ad targeting and messaging strategies.

Ad creative development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines.

Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

A/B testing and optimization: Conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals, targeting parameters, and landing pages. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Remarketing and audience segmentation: Implement remarketing strategies to target and engage with existing website visitors or customers. Utilize audience segmentation to personalize ad messaging and drive higher conversions.

Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the marketing, creative, and analytics teams, to align digital advertising campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital advertising. Implement new strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Budget management: Assist in managing the digital advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across campaigns and channels. Monitor expenses and provide recommendations for cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, Experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaigns and drive performance improvements.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for the health and wellness industry and an understanding of the target audience's motivations and interests.
