| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Resolving applicants concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process
- Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
- UK based Experience/ Preferred
- Maintaining online Google sheets
- Organizing Documentation/ Screening and waiting for UK Candidates
- Maintaining Data Base Digitally
- Maintain UK base office Documentation
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program
- Develop and review company policies
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management in HR, or a related field.
- 12 years proven experience in a compliance officer role.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
