You will be responsible for creating unique content, managing post, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Duties:

• Manage all company social media accounts


• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media


• Produce content for social media channels


• Keep up to date with any social media trends


• Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels


• Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports


• Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis


• Engage with social media users and respond to them


• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate new trends/customer need


• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns


• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


• Collaborate with team to achieve better results


• E-mail Marketing 


• Create SEO content

Skills and Qualifications:

• BA degree in CS, IT, SE or relevant 


• Experience in building social media communities and general sales and marketing experience


• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms


• Passion for all things digital


• Previous experience in blogging


• Content Creation, Proofreading, and Editing Skills


• Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience


• Interpersonal Skills


• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill
