Our company required Professional and experience candidates with Graduation degree.
Objective:
The objective of the post of Sales Coordinator is to stream line the branches network in order to get appropriate and efficient reporting, control and manage the Financials, Sales, Collection and Post Dated cheques Control Framework for branches in Koh I Noor Hi Tech (Pvt) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders in software of relevant branches taking necessary approvals after verification from relevant branch head.
- To make sure that deliveries are made on timely basis.
- To make sure that previous day reporting has been made from all branches.
- To prepare sale and collection performance report of all branches and send to relevant branch head on daily basis.
- To make sure that received collection and expenses are entered in software on daily basis.
- To resolve any issue regarding all branches according to company policy, rules and regulations.
- To verify received cheques according to quality deal of all branches.
- To get e-mail of current day cash book with nil closing balance.
- Process pending orders of all branches.
- To verify received cheques and signed documents by BM of all branches.
- To ensure that all branches software entries are updated according to head office requirements.
