| Job Description: |
- Ensure the requirement for raw material is forwarded to the local procurement before production of specific item
- Ensure that release plan is forwarded to import well before running specific order
- Ensure direct and indirect raw material planning based on outstanding prioritized sale orders, keeping in view their inspection and delivery dates.
- Based on Point # 3, prepare the direct and indirect raw material purchase plan and provide L/C opening Schedules to Import / Local purchase department.
- Ensure the conformance to work orders issued by PPC department.
- Ensure the follow up with International procurement department for raw material manufacturing and dispatch off and incase of any deviation discuss with top management
- Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, equipment, materials and human resource requirements.
- Ensure to develop planning schedules and work statements identifying detailed facility requirements, manpower requirements, material lists, to ensure that targets of the company are efficiently and cost effectively met through effective planning of Man, Machine, and Material
- If the plan conformance is not observed according to plan at any stage then proactively take the lead to plan the alternate schedule and without disturbing the major delivery plan. (The PPC division Lead must be skilled and able to plan in advance about potential non conformances at any stage and their resulting impact on further activities, so that he can immediately come up with solution for revised schedule).
- In cases where the delay is un-avoidable, coordinate with Merchandize department well in advance.
- Hold pre-production meeting with related departments to ensure well preparation before bulk production.
- Preparing capacity utilization & other similar analytical reports for management and submit to CFO and other concerned Heads.
- Generate Performance Lag alarms to Concerned Department Heads in Supply Chain Divisions as soon as production or procurement starting to lag behind the schedule.
