Job Description:

Highly motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist required with 2 years of experience with a strong technology and innovation focus.

You will be part of a growing team, assisting in all areas of digital marketing for the company, with a focus on growing brand awareness and familiarity through extensive PPC and social media marketing, affiliate marketing and SEO works.

Previous experience in a digital marketing role is required, and an ability to take part in digital marketing works at both high (planning and strategizing) and low level (creating content, posting, contacting influencers etc).

Monitoring website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.

Bringing in ideas for website improvements and coordinating with the design and development team to implement the improvements.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns including Social media optimization, Search engine marketing, Social media marketing (SMM) and email marketing.

Strategy Development: Strategize Digital Marketing for the organization and develop short term/long term plans aligned to company goals

Team Development: Build a team for Digital Marketing within the organization in accordance with the strategy and company goals

Strategy Implementation: Implement Digital Marketing Strategy using the following methods:

SEO: Implement on-site and off-site SEO works through a strong understanding of strategies and techniques to increase website ranking. Able to manage strategies to build strong backlinking and referrals through good interpersonal skills and long-term planning.

Content Creation: Assist in creating content for social media activity, blogging, website and other as needed. Supporting marketing team by creating content for social media and other channels is an important requirement; experience here is highly advantageous.

Google Analytics: Analyzing, interpreting and reporting on insights through Google Analytics and Search Console.

Social Media Marketing: Design, create and optimize social media campaigns to align with company goals. Manage and create content for social media channels.

Google Ads: Manage PPC and other ad spend through working with marketing team. Ensure campaigns are planned, implemented and optimized to align with company requirements and goals.

EMC: Assist in planning and creation of strong email marketing campaigns for various requirements for the company.

Continually monitor/manage google ads campaigns to improve rate of lead generation and reduce cost per acquisition

  • Track total marketing budget spend
  • Calculate ROI from different areas of marketing
  • Plan direction of future marketing efforts
