- To generate all bread and rusk production plans against demand in ERP
- To finalise production reports in ERP on daily/monthly/yearly basis
- To prepare production analysis reports in Excel
- To compile monthly duty roster of production with Production Manager
- To maintain daily overtime record of workers
- To perform any other task assigned by Production Manager
