- Canadian Call Center Looking for Male / Female Inbound Sales Representative (Limousine Dispatcher)
- We are one of the leading Call Centers looking for confident Male / Female representative to receive calls from Canada for Limousine service, with experience such as
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
- Communicate with limousine and shuttle drivers to ensure constant status and location.
- Communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests.
- Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes.
- Build and maintain the daily limo board.
- Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances when needed.
- Control driver overtime and outsourcing to a minimum.
- Prioritize guest reservations /dispatches.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
- Offering 33000 basic Salary + Great Commission and bonuses.
- Shift Timings 3rd shift (Rotating)
