AKS Garibyar & Pein Pflegedienst GmbH was founded in 1989 by Mari Garibyar and Olaf Pein. We are the first Afghan home care company to provide care specifically for Afghan patients in Hamburg. Our employees are taking care of the patients in their own homes as long as possible, so the patient does not have to go in a nursing home and be separated from their family and their known environment. Besides taking care of the patients in their own homes we run a day care center for Afghan patients. Here we take care of the patients from 8 am to 4 pm so the family members can go to work or have a rest. We provide food, music, sport, playing times, excursions and a meeting point for socializing amongst our elderly. Our goal is to provide the best care for our patients with employees who understand their language and cultural background.

Job Information:

·         Providing Nursing and caring services to the Patients

·         Sharing the findings gained by hospital observation with the Head Office and communicating them to the superio

           Writing the patient documentation in accordance with the provided guidelines

·         Monitoring and administering medication according to the Prescription

·         Keeping the Medication plan up to date

·         Complying with the hygiene regulation and accident prevention measures

·         Observing the date protection regulations

·         Taking patient pulses, temperatures and blood pressures

·         Providing emotional support and psychological to patients

What are our Requirements?

·         Bachelors Degree in General Nursing (not Midwifery) from a recognized University or Higher Education Institute

·         Minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience preferred

·         Caring and compassionate nature

·         Good health and fitness

·         Basic German Language Skills preferred

·         Drivers license required

·         It would be good if you have family, friends or relatives in Hamburg Germany (no must), it would be perfect if you know how to speak German (no must)

If you don´t know how to speak German, you have to learn it and pass B2 level in the Goethe Institute in Islamabad before coming to Germany.
