Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service and call center experience for Night shifts.


Responsibilities:



  • Respond to inquiries received through phone correspondence from external customers.

  • Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints regarding claims.

  • Coordinating with the operations team.

  • Customer-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset
