| Job Description: |
- Coordinate and document Quality Council meetings on a quarterly basis.
- Liaise with clinical and administrative departments on quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality and patient safety programs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality and performance indicators.
- Implement risk management strategies and process redesigns to minimize adverse events.
- Support accreditation readiness (JCI and PHC) through training, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate regularly with the Quality Assurance department of SIHL Islamabad.
- Develop tools and dashboards for tracking progress and outcomes.
- Draft and update quality policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct departmental audits and participate in tracer activities and executive rounds.
