Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 2-4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and conferences.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding as appropriate or redirecting to relevant staff.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings by assembling relevant documents, agendas, and briefing materials.
Communication and Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, and partners as required.
Draft and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Confidentiality and Data Management:
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and other key documentation.
Organize and manage both electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Office Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment for the CEO’s office, ensuring everything is in working order.
Coordinate with other administrative staff to support broader organizational needs as required.
Assist with special projects, research, and reports as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Professional, polished, and adaptable demeanor.
