Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
  • Plan, capture, and produce high-quality photographs for various institutional events (e.g., conferences, seminars, ceremonies, guest lectures, student activities), marketing campaigns, website content, social media, and publications.
  • Set up lighting, composition, and camera equipment for optimal shots in diverse environments (indoor, outdoor, studio).
  • Edit and retouch photographs to enhance visual appeal, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Manage and organize the institution's photo library, including cataloging, tagging, and archiving images for easy retrieval.
• Videography:
  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, testimonials, educational clips, and documentaries.
  • Operate professional video cameras, audio recording equipment, and lighting gear.
  • Storyboard and script video projects in collaboration with content creators and relevant departments.
  • Conduct professional video editing, including color correction, sound mixing, graphics, motion titles, and incorporating music/voiceovers.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, website).
• Content Strategy & Storytelling:
  • Collaborate with the Publication & Media Cell, marketing, and other departments to understand visual content needs and develop creative concepts.
  • Translate institutional messages and stories into compelling visual narratives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, visual storytelling techniques, and equipment advancements.
• Equipment Management:
  • Maintain and care for all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Manage equipment inventory and recommend upgrades or new purchases as needed.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, privacy policies, and ethical standards.
  • Obtain necessary consents for photography/videography of individuals when required.
