| Job Description: |
We are seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager (Deposits Mobilization).
Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned deposit targets are met on a monthly basis
- Identify new clients for the mobilization of deposits
- Develop & maintain long-term relationships with deposits clients
- Focus on the generation of low-cost deposits (CASA Deposits)
- Monitor the performance of other deposit staff of the Branch
- Maintain a healthy mix of deposits (Current, Savings & TDRs)
- Hire and retain deposit mobilization staff of the Branch and ensure that they achieve their targets.
- Obtain feedback from the market and brief your line managers on what other competitor banks are offering.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Management
