| Job Description: |
We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- Should possess experience of managing Sales team.
- Assign monthly and annual target to his team and monitor the actual performance.
- Maintain the PAR below 1% of his team outstanding portfolio.
- Ensure 99% recovery of his team’s loans.
- Ensure Compliance to all SBP’s and Bank’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Must have basic knowledge about microfinance credit products.
- Should have knowledge of financial appraisal including, cash flow analysis, income statement to determine repayment capacity of borrowers.
- Ensure that the sales targets are achieved as set by the management.
- Monitoring of proper loan utilization after loan disbursement and to immediately inform supervisor in case of miss-utilization of loan.
- Ensure timely recovery of loans.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
