We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

• Source new suppliers and maintain supplier database.

• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best value for money.

• Follow up with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Assist in contract management and vendor evaluation.

• Coordinate with finance for payment processing and invoice verification.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

• Support senior procurement staff in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 1 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
