| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to join our team at Cyber System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers. Verify licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history. Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files. Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare facilities, and providers. Track expirations of credentials and ensure timely renewals. Prepare and submit reports as required. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in medical credentialing or healthcare administration is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office and credentialing software tools.
