We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the technical operations of our vehicle tracking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical team, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and maintenance of GPS tracking devices and related systems. The Technical Manager will also ensure system uptime, data accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise technical staff for installations, troubleshooting, and support.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain GPS tracking servers and software (Teltonika, Gosafe,Jimi etc.).

• Coordinate with the software team for API integration, reports, and alerts.

• Manage SIM card pool, connectivity, and server-side communication for devices.

• Conduct quality assurance of installed tracking devices and resolve customer complaints.

• Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement and system upgrades.

• Maintain technical documentation and performance reports.

• Implement system-level security and data protection best practices.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and device configuration (Teltonika, Concox, Meitrack, Coban, etc.)

• Understanding of network protocols, IP configuration, and APIs

• Experience with tracking software platforms (Traccar, GPSGate, etc.)

• Team leadership and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of SQL / Server management is a plus

• Good communication and reporting skills
