| Job Description: |
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, identifying customer needs, and effectively promoting our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Provide accurate product and pricing information.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.
