We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and compassionate individual to lead our company’s charity and community engagement activities. The successful candidate will plan, manage, and execute charitable programs, partnerships, and donation drives in alignment with our company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s annual charity and community outreach strategy.

• Plan and manage fundraising, donation, and volunteer initiatives.

• Coordinate internal employee involvement in community service and awareness programs.

• Maintain accurate records of donations, events, and community activities.
• Represent the company at charity events, meetings, and social impact forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in charity management, CSR, NGO coordination, or community outreach.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong ethical values and a passion for community service.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
