We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the healthcare or medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s services, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email campaigns. Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns specifically targeting healthcare and medical billing sectors. Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns and track conversion rates. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content creation to drive online engagement. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align lead generation efforts. Analyze and report campaign performance metrics and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare or medical billing companies. Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. |
