| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing office files, documents, and records in an organized manner. Support the admin team in daily office operations, including procurement and facility management. Help in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Assist in managing attendance, visitor logs, and employee records. Facilitate communication between departments for smooth office functioning. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents. Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and scheduling appointments. Support HR and Admin teams in compliance-related and logistical tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Internship Details:
Duration: 1 to 3 months (extendable based on performance) Stipend: As per company policy Certificate: Internship completion certificate will be awarded upon successful completion |
