| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based nursing care (wound dressing, injections, IV/IM, catheter care, vitals monitoring).
- Assist patients with daily activities and medication as per doctor’s advice.
- Maintain nursing records and ensure infection control.
- Educate families about basic patient care and hygiene.
- Report patient condition and emergencies to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or BSc Nursing
- Valid PNC registration
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Good communication and caring attitude
