We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Typist/Data Manager for our Sales Support Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient file management, accurate typing of letters and documents, and timely preparation of commercial quotations. The role demands strong organizational skills, high typing speed with accuracy, and familiarity with office documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Type official letters, memos, quotations, and other business correspondence as per departmental requirements.
• File Management: Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and document integrity.
• Quotation Management: Prepare and format quotations for clients based on input from sales/commercial staff, ensuring accuracy in pricing and terms.
• Data Entry & Database Maintenance: Enter and update data related to clients, vendors, and products in commercial databases or spreadsheets.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of outgoing/incoming correspondence, quotations, and relevant commercial records.
• Coordination: Liaise with sales, procurement, and accounts departments to gather necessary data for document preparation.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Support Manager in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor\'s degree preferred (B.Com, BA).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or sales support environment.
